Yes, we encourage our clients to have a mechanic check out a car before they purchase. Locally we recommend Juan at Euro Car Services for service and inspections. 

To purchase a vehicle, you need to bring a few things with you to finalize your purchase. 

• Valid Drivers License
• Current Proof of Insurance
• Transfer tag or old registration

Out the door cost is calculated with this formula

OTD = (Price + Dealer fees) x Sales Tax + Tag Fee

• Price - the cost of the car
• Dealer Fees - At Automax of Tampa we use a title clerk to quickly and accurately process our title-work. The fee for this service is $199 per car.
• Sales Tax - There are 2 components to the total sales tax. 6% Florida Sate sales tax, 1.5% Hillsborough County surtax (1.5% only applies to the first $5000)
• Tag Fee - Tag fee varies from $89 for an up to date transfer tag, up to $400 for a new tag.
